To pursue, identify, and illustrate the capability of every student who I encounter as a teacher, making sure each individual knows his or her worth through excellence in social-emotional development and academic guidance through the use of emotional connections to curriculum, hands-on learning strategies, and technology integration in the classroom.

- As a double major in Elementary Education and Psychology, I feel that I have grown to understand the significance of students' psychological needs intertwined with their curricular needs. I strive for students to leave my class each year with a deep understanding of self-care and know how to fulfill that need within themselves, including how to share the need with others.
